H2O Media Inc. Recognized on Inc. 5000 for Second Consecutive Year

Minnesota-based advertising agency climbed 15 places from 2016

MINNEAPOLIS (August 16, 2017) — Inc. Magazine has revealed its 36th annual Inc. 5000 list this morning, ranking H2O Media Inc. at number 4,113 on the prestigious list of America’s fastest growing privately owned companies. This is H2O’s second consecutive year on the list, with the advertising agency climbing 15 places from 2016.

“We are excited and honored to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 for the second year in a row,” said H2O CEO and founder, Sara Connors. “We work hard to stay ahead and provide our clients with innovative advertising opportunities, and it’s great to see our hard work pay off.”

To qualify for consideration on the Inc. 5000 list, a company must be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit and independent. The list is then compiled and ranked based on the company’s sales growth over the previous three years. H2O experienced three-year sales growth of 66 percent, earning approximately $3.2 million in revenue.

The company’s growth on the Inc. 5000 is reflected in its physical growth: within the past year, H2O has added a public relations department, social media management, video advertising, and website design services along with numerous other advertising offerings. H2O is committed to continuing its steady growth and plans to add additional services in the coming year.
